Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personal care products (such as cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.
